John Barrett is an Irish actor who has acted in plays and musicals with different groups in north Dublin. He has been a member of Riverside Drama Circle since 2011 and last month performed in their show ‘Tomb With A View’ in the Sean O’Casey Centre. John began screen acting in 2017, and trained at The Dublin Central School of Acting with Gillian Reynolds. Since then he has made several short films and music videos, as well as the feature ‘The Highest Brasil’ which will premiere in July this year. John has also trained at Bow Street, the Gaiety School of Acting, with Terry McMahon, and with Maureen Hughes. Last year John wrote and directed his first film ‘Lonely Christmas’.
